Reclamation and Restoration of Land
BGL is dedicated to reclaiming and restoring degraded

Ongoing projects
Demonstrating its commitment to environmental stewardship, BGL has successfully reclaimed about 24 hectares of land in the Apramprama Forest Reserve in the Ashanti Region. This area had been severely degraded by illegal mining activities. In collaboration with Unipower Company, BGL planted approximately 1,000 tree species to restore the forest reserve to its natural state.
